GENEPEP provides proteins and peptides catalogs (salivary peptide gsg6-p1, alpha mating factor…), toxins (Apamin, Chorotoxin…), antimicrobial peptides (Kalata-B1, Beta defensins…), enzymes (Ubiquitin, Calstabin…), peptidic macrocycles library and tools for functionalized peptide synthesis
(bisphosphonate linkers) compatible with solide phase peptide synthesis.


GRAFTING

GENEPEP realizes synthesis of functionalized peptides containing thiol or bisphosphonate linkers, “ready for grafting” in one step on nanoparticules or other surfaces. Furthermore, GENEPEP offers its expertise through a catalog of biphosphonate linkers which are acid-labile under mild conditions (TFA), compatible with solid phase peptide synthesis.


SERVICES

GENEPEP, France, realizes peptides solubility and stability studies (temperature, pH, oxygen, additives impact) in your storage conditions and/or daily manipulations. We offer analytical services such as peptide purity/impurity determination (HPLC/UPLC analysis, mass spectrometry) and net peptide content (NPC).


LIBRARIES

GENEPEP offers catalogs or custom libraries of purified peptides « ready for drug candidate screening », specifically tailored to client specifications. We base the design of the libraries on high chemical or conformational diversity : peptidic macrocycles, sugar/nucleoside-peptide conjugates,
tripeptides containing proline analogs…


PROTEINS

GENEPEP uses chemical synthesis through native ligation to produce small proteins (up to 200 AAS). It allows us to introduce at specific sites various modifications such as non-coded amino acids, stable isotopes, chemical labels such as fluorophores, and post-translational modifications (glycosylation, phosphorylation and/or methylation).


PEPTIDES

GENEPEP provides custom peptide synthesis, stability studies, solubility, design and synthesis of analogs (hit to lead program). GENEPEP already synthesized more than 21 000 peptides (modified peptides, cyclic peptides, labelled peptides…). All services provided by GENEPEP are entirely realized
in our laboratory by a qualified personnel.
